This established design practice is in an exciting stage of development and growth and is seeking to recruit a number of key senior individuals to further accelerate its ambitious growth programme.
With three studios in the South East, including London, the practice has an impressive client base across the commercial, industrial, mixed use and care/retirement sectors.
The continued growth of the practice is attributable to the successful fusion of design flair and commercial experience demonstrated by commissions in a wide range of sectors. Providing architectural design and professional services to the built environment, the practice uses design flair and commercial experience to design the best solution for each individual project, whatever the site context, brief or building type. Projects range from feasibility design studies through to build with values from £5m to £100m.
With a brief to develop the business further and undertake succession planning at board level, they are seeking to recruit two Architects Directors with design, business development, management and project experience.
As Architects Director you will lead a studio, manage business development and spearhead growth and development of the practice. You will sit on the Board and have an opportunity to acquire equity in the medium term.
We are looking for senior individuals who are passionate about design, have experience of business development, can grow a studio and lead teams of architects, having a good commercial understanding with a long term career outlook.
