Role:
The key responsibilities for the Business Development Manager is to expand the existing customer base winning new business as well and managing accounts. With head offices in Central London, you'll be tasked with making contact with decision makers in the UK market, creating opportunities, securing contracts and exceeding targets. You will be responsible for generating a proportion of your own leads as well as managing existing account and ensuing growth. Building relations with customers through the contract life cycle whilst creating upsell and cross sell opportunities to ensure renewal of contracts.
Candidate
The successful candidate will be an ambitious self-starter, well organized, and polished. You must be able to generate your own leads, manage appointments and develop existing accounts. You must have a background in IT, selling software with experience in selling CAFM/FM or some form of facilities management software desirable. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, genuine interest technology innovations and trends to improve customer experience.
The Package
This role offers the Business Development Manager an competitive package, you will be looking at a basic salary of £50,000 with realistic achievable OTE of £100,000.
