Major Tier 1 consumer operator are looking for an experienced dynamic Business Analyst / Change Manager / Process Improvement Manager at a time of exciting transformation, innovation and growth in new technology areas. You?ll work in the heart of the Transformation Team working with a consultancy-style approach across the whole business, managing the development of business requirements for key projects ranging from the design of and development of new broadband, IPTV / DTV voice / mobile propositions to the analysis of major technology led transformation initiatives. The environment is known for it?s dynamism and fast pace and you can expect to have a key influence in delivering the organisation?s most important strategic priorities. The award-winning organisation have a flat structure and opportunities for promotion can present themselves within a relatively short timeframe. Some key areas of focus include ; Building and owning requirement gathering plans. Facilitating workshops to gather cross-functional business requirements which enable the transformation of business requirements into technical requirements by the technology teams Producing high quality business requirements documents (BDRs) and RTMs to track status through delivery teams Working with commercial teams to ensure the product and proposition vision and customer journeys are documented to a high standard and understood by all stakeholders before detailed analysis Building high quality relationships with Commercial Product Managers, operational teams and technology solutions designers Preparing and presenting requirements to business owners and executive teams and making recommendations to proceed Gathering, documenting and gaining approval for requirements : high level scope through to detailed requirements. Monitoring deliverables.

We would like to speak to you today if you can bring the following : Business Analysis experience ( 2 years min) from a consumer telecoms operator, consultancy or FMCG environment Experience of Process Improvement and Change Management / Lean / Six Sigma a bonus but not essential Energetic, quick to grasp new concepts and desire to work in a fast-paced and highly changeable business Project management skills / qualifications a plus.
