The Role
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be drive sales through by facilitating solutions/technology/product consulting and sales support via partners, and of course through the sales team. The overall goal is to successfully position the Learning Compliance Suite offering into the EMEA and USA markets. You will also act as a technical conduit between the development team and the sales team, helping to plan and shape the on-going evolution of the company.

This includes, Risk Management, Enterprise Reputation Management, Incident Management, Training and Competence. We target Global 1000 and FTSE 250 profile organisations across a variety of market verticals.

The Candidate
The ideal Pre-Sales consultant will have experience of building Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Learning Management Systems (LMS) HR Software, Human Capital Management (HCM), or Learning Compliance SaaS proposals in the EMEA market, presenting these solutions at C-Level. You will be capable of managing and directing teams in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will also be aware of various industry regulations within industries as this role will be to target regulated sectors. Experience of responding to enterprise level RFPs and RFIs would also be extremely desirable.

The Package
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, the successful Pre-Sales consultant will receive an initial base salary of up to £75,000, with uncapped £100,000 OTE, plus company benefits.
