Programme Manager – Real Estate IWMS, CAFM
London - London
The company is a well-established and successful international supplier of software solutions and services to the real estate sector with offices in the UK and internationally. Significant growth means they have a requirement for an additional Programme Manager to join the UK team in London.
In the role you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects on time, to specification and within budget. You must have an application software project management background with experience of implementing large projects and able to manage more than one project at once. Preferably you will have a PRINCE II or similar qualification, but full commercial appreciation of business applications is vital.
You must be self-motivating, well organised and a success driven individual able to make decisions, possess excellent communication, interpersonal, presentational and written skills.
This is a leading and very successful supplier within the sector and has major companies as clients, some of which are household names and located worldwide. Software solutions and services are for Integrated Workplace Management (IWMS), Facilities Management (CAFM), Enterprise Asset Management and Investment Management for real estate.
You must have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, and be able to travel frequently throughout the UK and overseas.
Although not essential, experience of the property, real estate, facilities management or physical asset management industries would be of significant benefit, particularly of products such as Horizon, Manhattan, Tramps, o6ix, Yardi Voyager, Qube, ECS, gvas, MRI, Propware, Estateman, Propman, Maximo, Tririga, Planon, FSI Concept, QFM, Planet, Archibus or similar property accounting, real estate management, CAFM, IWMS,and EAM applications. Alternatively, experience of large financial accounting software solutions such as Agresso, Sage, Oracle Financials or SAP would be appropriate.
