Location: Nottingham, (NG1)
Salary: GBP 40,000 - GBP 50,000 plus

Our clients are one of the leading architectural firm who have been in business for over 120 years with practises running across the UK nationwide. They are looking for a Senior Architect to join the team in their Midlands branch.
The Role:
This position offers the opportunity for an experienced Architect to take a pivotal role in the project running, management, and delivery. The ideal candidate will contribute to and be part of a thriving and growing team. You will have a clear route to being part of senior leadership team (associate level eventually).
Duties:
* You will be reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
* Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
* Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
* Monitor the work of other Architects and make recommendations or schedule workshops as required.
* Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
* Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
* Ensure that the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
* Act as a mentor to new Architects and help them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
* You will be networking and consulting with various industry professionals.
Requirements:
* An experienced architect(ideally, chartered)
* Must have experience working on both commercial and Residential Projects
* Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
* Bachelors degree in architecture, engineering, design, or similar.
* MA Degree in architecture or design might be preferable.
