Tech Lead - Oracle Cloud CX

FINTEC recruit is looking for a Tech Lead - Oracle Cloud CX for our Technology Client. This is a permanent position with salary £80,000 to £100,000 range depending on experience, based in London. You should be working for one of Europe's leading design and build digital agencies.



Role and Responsibilities



As a Tech Lead - Oracle Cloud CX your responsibilities will include the following: -

*

Design, Development, Configuration, Data Import & Report Building in Oracle Sales Cloud BI ( Analytics / BI Publisher)
*

Deliver omnichannel solutions for industry-leading brands
*

Implementation, configuration & customization of Oracle Sales Cloud solutions for internal and customer based projects.
*

Development, Integration and Deployment of customer functional specifications



The ideal candidate for the Tech Lead - Oracle Cloud CX role will have: -

*

A minimum of 4 years experience in Oracle Sales Cloud implementation
*

8 years plus of experience in Technical skills in Oracle Sales Cloud
*

Previous experience of working for consultancy companies
*

Experience in Oracle CRM On Demand or Oracle Siebel CRM implementations
*

In-depth knowledge around out-of-the-box Oracle Sales Cloud Data Model and Web Services API (SOAP and/or REST)
